These are subsidies aimed at financing the Social Security contributions of self-employed individuals during their first year of activity, in the region of Andalusia.

Who can apply?

⦁ Individuals who are self-employed or autonomous workers registered since January 1, 2023.

⦁ For the purposes of this order, self-employed or autonomous workers are understood as natural persons who habitually, personally, directly, on their own account, and outside the scope of the direction and organization of another person, engage in an economic or professional activity for profit, whether or not they employ salaried workers.

They are not eligible groups:

⦁ Collaborating self-employed workers

⦁ Corporate self-employed workers (except for civil partnerships)

Eligible groups and amounts

Group 1

Self-employed in general under the flat rate, registered as of January 1, 2023.

Amount

The self-employed fee is subsidized during the twelve months following registration (€1,028).

Group 2

Self-employed or self-employed workers who have a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 percent, or are victims of gender violence or victims of terrorism, who are eligible for the flat rate, and who have been registered since January 1, 2023.

Amount

The self-employed fee is subsidized during the 24 months following registration (€2,057).

Group 3

Self-employed persons whose net annual income, during the first year of activity, is less than the annual minimum interprofessional salary corresponding to that period, and who must have been covered by the flat rate as of January 1, 2023.

Amount

The self-employment fee is subsidized during the twelve months following the first year of activity (1,028 €).

Group 4

Self-employed persons who, having ceased their activity due to the birth of a son or daughter, adoption, guardianship for the purpose of adoption, foster care and guardianship, return to self-employment within the two years immediately following the effective date of cessation.

Amount

The self-employment contribution is subsidized for 24 months following the date of returning to work (€2,057).

Requirements to apply for the aid

Beneficiaries of the subsidies must, in general, meet the following requirements:

⦁ Be registered under the Special Social Security Scheme for Self-Employed Workers, or in the first contribution group of the Special Scheme for Sea Workers, as of the date of the application submission.

  Only self-employed individuals registered since January 1, 2023.

⦁ Be entitled to the reduced Social Security contribution for new self-employed workers, and for self-employed women after maternity leave, during the twelve months prior to applying for the subsidy.

⦁ Carry out their economic or professional activity in Andalusia.

What is the deadline to submit applications?

Self-employed individuals in general

The aid is requested after 12 months from the registration as self-employed.

People with disabilities

In the case of disabled persons, victims of gender violence or terrorism, and - self-employed persons who do not exceed the Minimum Interprofessional Wage during the first year, the application is made 24 months after the registration as self-employed.

Self-employed after childbirth

Self-employed after the birth of a son or daughter, adoption, foster care for adoption purposes, foster care and guardianship, after 24 months from the date of returning to work.
