Investment Incentives
These are non-refundable grants to contribute to the growth, competitiveness and consolidation, as well as the digital transformation, of the commercial and artisan sector in Andalusia.
Who can apply?
Self-employed persons and SMEs in the commercial and artisan sector. It will be understood to be included in the commercial sector when it develops at least one economic activity framed in the field of trade within the eligible CNAE codes. Likewise, it will be understood to be included in the artisan sector when there is evidence of its registration in the Andalusian Artisan Registry (see CNAE list).

Eligible groups and amounts
Group 1
An establishment
Amount
The subsidy will amount to 100% of the amount requested, with a minimum investment of 5,000 € and a maximum eligible limit, in this case 30,000 €.
Group 2
Two or more establishments
Amount
The subsidy will amount to 100% of the amount requested, with a minimum investment of 5,000 € and a maximum eligible limit, in this case 50,000 €.
Group 3
Online-only projects or mobile commerce
Amount
The subsidy will amount to 100% of the amount requested, with a minimum investment of 5,000 € and a maximum eligible limit, in this case 30,000 €.
Requirements to apply for the aid
a) Develop their economic activity in Andalusia.
In the case of carrying out an activity of itinerant commerce or exclusively online, it will be understood that they generate economic activity in Andalusia when they are in any of the following situations:
(1) When it has workers in the Andalusian territory.
(2) In the case of a natural person registered in the special regime for self-employed workers without workers, when such registration has taken place in Andalusia, or when they have a tax domicile in Andalusia.
b) To have exercised economic activity since January 1, 2023 immediately prior to the date of the call, with a positive operating result in the case of SMEs or positive net income in the case of self-employed persons.

c) In the case of self-employed persons and commercial SMEs, they must carry out at least one economic activity in the field of commerce within the eligible CNAE codes.
In the case of self-employed persons and artisan SMEs, they must be registered in the Register of Artisans of Andalusia.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
TYPE A:
1st. Costs of professional services for the preparation and drafting of the refurbishment and/or decoration project.
2º. Refurbishment and fitting out of the exhibition and sales area of the commercial premises or craft establishment, such as flooring, air-conditioning, cladding, etc.
3º. Acquisition of equipment and furniture for use in the exhibition and sales area.
4º. Works for the improvement and fitting out of the exterior façade of the commercial premises or craft establishment, including the elements necessary for this purpose, such as shop windows, signs, doors, awnings and canopies.
5º. In the case of artisan SMEs, also the acquisition of equipment and machinery used in the process of making artisan products.
6º. In the event that the applicant carries out an activity of itinerant trade that has municipal authorisation, they may obtain aid for investments in the adaptation of
transport vehicles as a shop, or in the installation of refrigeration equipment for the transport and sale of food products.
ELIGIBLE PROJECTS
Modality A:
*Projects to promote the growth, competitiveness and consolidation of self-employed workers and commercial and craft SMEs, by improving production equipment, facilities or other fixed assets.
*The actions will be developed in one or more establishments, located in Andalusia.
*These establishments must be associated with one of the eligible CNAE headings.
*The same person may apply for actions in commercial and craft establishments.
*In the case of commercial activity, and in the case of establishments where a craft activity is carried out, the self-employed workers or SMEs that carry it out must be registered in the Andalusian Register of Artisans.
*Actions aimed at promoting exclusively online commercial activities without a physical establishment cannot be financed.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
MODALITY B:
1º. Accounting software, invoicing, relations with suppliers and other modules (ERP).
2. Warehouse management and/or automation software.
3º. Software for the management of relations with potential and existing customers (CRM) and other customer loyalty actions.
4º. Digital management and office automation applications accessible from any device.
5º. Cybersecurity applications or solutions.
6º. Sales software
7º. Design, implementation and development of content for mobile applications or websites with corporate information, product catalogues or other necessary sales-oriented information.
8º. Design and implementation of websites or online shops that allow the business to sell its products or services.
9º. Acquisition of the point of sale terminal (POS) and complementary accessories such as: bar code scanner, receipt and label printer, digital scales and others.
10º. Acquisition of digital equipment aimed at digitalising the points of sale or improvements in the production system:
Digital signage, virtual shop window, smart fitting room, click & collect systems, self-service checkouts, RFID tags and QR codes, digital payment systems, mobile points of sale, multifunction LED displays, smart cash drawers, digital cash collection managers, people counting systems and IT equipment (hardware).
11º. Consultancy to design and implement an omnichannel strategy to improve the relationship between the company and the customer.
12º. Consultancy for the elaboration of an online marketing and communication strategy and its implementation.
13º. Contracting of services focused on optimising the digital channels of the business to improve online positioning (SEO, SEM) making it easier for clients to find the business in an agile manner, up to one year
of service in your case.
14º. Contracting platform services for the inclusion of the company's products and services in marketplaces.
15º. Contracting of relationship marketing services or services to improve customer relations, up to one year of service where applicable.
16º. Contracting of social network management services or the design of a social network strategy for up to one year of service, if applicable.
ELIGIBLE PROJECTS
Modality B:
*Projects to support self-employed people and SMEs in the commercial and artisan sector to improve their degree of digitalisation and the implementation of solutions for their digital transformation, the improvement of the security and reliability of processes, as well as the promotion of disruptive technologies to support the business and the processes that sustain them.
*Actions aimed at promoting exclusively online commercial activities without a physical establishment may be financed. Apart from these cases, the subsidised actions must be carried out in one or more establishments located in Andalusia.
*The same person may apply for actions in commercial and craft establishments.
*These establishments must be associated with one of the eligible CNAE headings.
*In the case of establishments where a craft activity is carried out, the self-employed workers or SMEs that carry it out must be registered in the Andalusian Register of Artisans.
