Indefinite Contracts

These are non-refundable subsidies for the self-employed and SMEs in Andalusia, for indefinite-term contracts on condition that the contract is maintained for 24 months.

Who can apply?

Line 1: First indefinite-term contract for self-employed or freelance workers.

a) 18,000 euros, for ordinary full-time permanent contracts. Increased by an additional 2,000 euros when the person hired is a woman.

b) 9,000 euros, for ordinary indefinite-term part-time contracts, which shall be equal to or greater than 50% of the full working day. Increased by an additional 1,000 euros when the person hired is a woman.

Line 2. Incentive for the ordinary indefinite-term hiring of young people under 30 years of age and other vulnerable groups (small and medium-sized enterprises in general).

a) 15,000 euros, for ordinary full-time permanent contracts. This is increased by an additional 2,000 euros when the person hired is a woman.

b) 7,500 euros, for ordinary indefinite-term part-time contracts, which shall be equal to or greater than 50% of the full working day. Increased by an additional 1,000 euros when the person hired is a woman.

Line 3. Incentive aimed at the conversion of ordinary part-time indefinite-term contracts into ordinary full-time indefinite-term contracts

a) 7,500 euros, for each contract formalised from part-time to full-time. This is increased by an additional 2,000 euros when the person hired is a woman.

b) 10,000 euros, for each contract formalised from part-time to full-time with people with disabilities. Increased by an additional 1,000 euros when the person hired is a woman.

Line 4. Incentive for ordinary indefinite-term contracts for people with disabilities.

a) 20,000 euros, for ordinary full-time permanent contracts. Increased by an additional 2,000 euros when the person hired is a woman.

b) 10,000 euros, for ordinary indefinite-term part-time contracts, which shall be equal to or greater than 50% of the full working day. It is increased by an additional 1,000 euros when the person hired is a woman.

The following contracts will not be eligible for subsidy:

a) Those formalised with persons who have ended an employment relationship of an indefinite nature in the six months prior to the start of the contract to be subsidised, with the same person or applicant entity, or belonging to the same group of companies.

b) Those affecting the spouse, ascendants, descendants, and other relatives by blood or affinity up to the second degree inclusive, of the person who owns the company or the self-employed or self-employed person.

c) Those who hold management positions or are members of the administrative bodies of the companies.

d) Employment relationships of a special nature, as set out in Article 2 of the Revised Text of the Workers' Statute Law.

e) Those formalised in the form of discontinuous fixed-term contracts.

Requirements to apply for the aid

Requirements for applicants:

The beneficiaries of these grants must meet the following requirements:

a) Carry out their economic or professional activity in Andalusia. A beneficiary will be understood to carry out its activity in the territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia when it has a Social Security contribution account in an Andalusian province.

b) Self-employed or self-employed workers must be registered in the Special Social Security Scheme for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers, or in the corresponding alternative mutual society.

c) Each incentivised indefinite-term contract must represent a net increase in the workforce with an ordinary indefinite-term contract.

Requirements for contracts and workers:

Indefinite-term contracts must have been made with one of the following groups:

(a) Young people under 30 years of age.

b) Long-term unemployed persons.

c) Persons over 45 years of age or older.

d) Disabled persons.
