Digital Kit (Aids for Digitisation)

Granting of vouchers of different amounts for the digitisation of the self-employed and companies through agreements with digitisation agents.

Aimed at financing the adoption of one or several digitisation solutions from those available in the Catalogue of Digitisation Solutions of the Digital Kit Programme included in the Acelera Pyme platform.

What expenses are covered:

- Electronic invoicing: up to 2,000 €.

- Website and internet presence: up to 2,000 €.

- The ‘Secure Workplace’ solution includes the eligible amount for this solution is €1,000, with new laptops or desktops being eligible.

- Advanced internet presence: up to 2.000 €.

- E-commerce: up to € 2.000

- Marketplace: Up to €2.000

- Social media management: up to 2.500 €.

- Customer management: up to €4,000

- Business intelligence and analytics: up to €4,000

- Process management: up to €6,000

- Secure communications: up to €6,000

- Online cybersecurity: up to €6,000

- Virtual office tools and services: up to €12,000

Who can apply?

- SMEs or self-employed

- Vouchers/subsidies of varying amounts depending on the number of employees are granted to facilitate the digitisation and improve the digital maturity of companies, both small businesses and self-employed.

The different segments into which they are divided are:

- Segment I: 10 to 50 employees

- Segment II: 3 to 10 employees

- Segment III: 0 to 3 employees



The maximum amounts depending on the segment are as follows:

- Segment I: €12,000

- Segment II: €6,000

- Segment III: €3,000

Requirements to apply for the aid

- SMEs or Self-Employed

- Be up to date with Social Security and AEAT (Tax Authorities) payments.

- Be registered in the AEAT business census (forms 036 or 037 Registration of Activity).

- Not be a company in crisis

- Not be subject to a cause of prohibition

- Not exceed the ‘de minimis’ aid

- Take the Digital Diagnostic Test available on the AceleraPyme Platform.

- Submit the application for access to aid by fulfilling the prerequisites.

And once the authorisation has been obtained, you will be able to:

- Choose the solution that best suits your business available in the catalogue of digitisation solutions.

- And finally sign an agreement with the company that will implement the solution.
